His work increasingly sits at the intersection of technology, product strategy, artificial intelligence, and public-sector digital transformation. Hamad is particularly interested in translating emerging technologies and ambitious ideas into practical, scalable systems that can improve public services, strengthen institutions, create opportunities for young people, and contribute to sustainable digital ecosystems.
Having worked with international teams and organisations while remaining closely connected to Pakistan’s technology community, Hamad brings a perspective that combines global technology experience with a strong commitment to building local capacity, digital leadership, and technology-driven opportunities.
At the heart of his work is a belief that technology creates its greatest value when it is accessible, responsible, human-centred, and built to solve real-world problems.
