The E-government unit is a leading entity established in 1997 within the Ministry of Finance and has since evolved to operate under the Government ICT Authority and the Prime Minister's Office. This unit is dedicated to enhancing public service delivery by creating government-wide infrastructures that facilitate various service channels while effectively reducing bureaucracy and streamlining internal processes. With a talented workforce of over 250 professionals specializing in areas such as development, information security, project management, and user experience, the E-government unit consistently implements innovative solutions to meet the demands of government ministries, reinforcing its position as a reliable and capable leader in advancing government efficiency and service quality.
