Who We Are
CityWest Homes is a reputable organization that delivers high-quality housing services to over 12,000 social housing tenants and 9,000 leaseholders in central London on behalf of Westminster City Council. Established in 2002 as an arms-length management organization (ALMO), the company successfully implemented the Decent Homes programme with a significant investment of £200 million aimed at enhancing housing quality in Westminster. Demonstrating its innovative capabilities, CityWest Homes became the first ALMO to create a residential lettings agency in 2009 and expanded its offerings to include property sales in 2013 through CityWest Residential. In 2017, it further strengthened its operational framework by establishing CityWest Homes Services Limited, which provides additional support to its core housing services, solidifying its position as a reliable leader in the housing sector.
